July 6 Pack

Podere San Michele Allodio Rosso Toscana IGT 2001
A bold Tuscan made of mostly Sangiovese with Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon. A warming, well structured wine that’s just as good with food as it is as a couch guzzler by the fire.

Domaine de Montfin Carignena Corbieres AOC 2017
70% Carignan (30% carbonic maceration) and 30% Grenache. Enticing baking spices on the nose followed by plump cherries and juicy plums on the palate balanced with a mouth watering earthiness. Will pair well with a hearty stew.

Jackson Brooke Cabernet/Shiraz Henty VIC 2017
An outstanding cool climate, mid weighted cabernet from our home state. Think pepper, crunchy black currants and a touch of just ripe cranberries. A great one to try if you usually stay away from Cabernet Sauvignon.

Willem Kurt Alpine Valley Shiraz VIC 2015
A fruit focused Shiraz, hailing from Victoria’s Alpine Valley. With the King Valley to the west and Beechworth to its north this area produces outstanding cool climate wine. An elegant mid weighted shiraz that’ll please all at your table.

Marsilea Premier Tinto Bobal Valencia DO 2018
Bobal is a Spanish grape found close to the Mediterranean. Monastrell and Grenache have always historically been favoured, but more recently winemakers have been focusing on producing wines with only Bobal. New vinification techniques have turned this hardy grape into silky well balanced red wines and this one is no exception.

Calibre Malbec Valle de Uco Mendoza 2017
Plush. A Malbec lovers delight. Juicy blueberries and fragrant violets enclosed in a well rounded mouthfeel. A slight herbaceous undertone halts it from being overly ripe. Dangerously easy to drink.
